Qi Gong, or Gi Gong Li, is a higher art. From the translation of the Chinese ideograms that express this concept, we conclude that it is the art or the ability of maintaining balance, through the Breath. When working with Qi (energy), Qi Gong is another element that allows us to give a healing response to ourselves and to whomever may require it.
Throughout history, Qi Gong has evolved differently giving birth to different disciplines. In the Neijing School we propose the Ba Han Shen style of Qi Gong, which is the result of many years of investigation and practice of this ancient technique. Based on the concept of energy of the being, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, and following certain movements that are guided by a specific intention, we harmonize, balance, and awaken our own Qi, so that one can live in harmony with all our surroundings.
This course has a duration of two years, meeting once a month; Saturday all day, and Sunday mornings. Each encounter is composed by a theoretical and a practical part.
